Caleb Wilcox

I'm Caleb Wilcox and I've worked on the Burn Trauma ICU since January 2022 and with the union since January 2023. Before this job I worked in mental health, education, and wilderness guiding. Some days I miss working in the mountains, but burn care has become important to me too. My patients and the incredible people I work with deserve better. We've all seen the crumbles forming in various aspects of the world and returning power to the people is my solution, how I push back against despair. Around the world, across times and industries we know that unions work. We're stronger together.
